This is “LUKE”, a big stout gorgeous PERCHERON QUARTER HORSE CROSSBRED gelding that has been used for ranch work and trail riding. This gelding is handsome, cool, collected, and is the hard to find kind. He stands 16 hands tall and is 7 years old in the prime of his life. He has been ridden in big timber, in the mountains, has been across rivers, and in the deep steep woods. He can carry any size rider all day long. He will ride out alone with no issues. He has been in the arena as well and will lope nice circles and he has a nice soft jog. He will stop nicely on whoa and will back up. He moves off of leg cues and will one hand neck rein. He stands tied, has good ground manners, and gets along well with other horses. He rides low headed and calm. He has been on large rides with many other horses and doesn’t care if he leads the pack or brings up the rear. He is built right, has a good mind, and has lots of outside miles and experience.
